Description

One of my favorite Pokémon, Shiftry. I decided to make it shining because the colors are closer to those that are typically used for a Tengu (and because I was actually lucky enough to get a shining Nuzleaf, which I named Tengu; I'll be evolving it soon).

Looks exactly like a Sugimori piece. Spot on shading/hightlights/colors. The lines look really nice too.

Background needs work, but I have problems with that too.
