Suicune

I still don't understand what the protrusion under Suicune's chin is about, even on the character's official artwork. That is, when I used to see Suicune as a whole picture at first, until I discovered that one little thing later on. Of course it may just be Pokémon themselves (unique creatures), and that I have did Pokémon before, but... Anyone else wondering about this, too?
