My artwork for Rayquaza, the third version. I'm not sure what prompted me to sketch new artwork for Rayquaza, but I did. I used a loose style for this piece, and incorporated some of Sugimori's new coloring techniques. Overall, I really like the way this turned out.

why is the back of raquaza blue lol

That's just the kind of shading I decided to use. In most of Sugimori's art he uses a dark blue tinge to the darkest parts of the Pokémon, and here I just made the blue stand out more.
