Quick Practice: Zekrom Thunderby ~Xous54

Just a quick piece I did for some technique practice. Took less than half an hour. The Zekrom is just my Zekrom v.3 loosely colored over. Inspired by a Rayquaza piece done by Sugimori, which can be seen here:

When I first thought up the pose for my Zekrom v.3, I had this kind of scene in mind - descending from the thundering sky above - so it was fun to finally depict it in that scene.

I haven't been able to post any Sugimori-style images lately because I've been working a bigger project. I'll have one image from that project to post as soon as I get the go-ahead. Since that project is done, I can get back to my usual schedule and post more Sugimori-style art.
