Kyogre v.3by ~Xous54

My artwork for Kyogre, the third version. I've always struggled with drawing Kyogre (despite it being my fourth favorite Pokémon), and with this piece, I've finally got a nice looking pose. xD I kept with the dramatic coloration to match Groudon v.2. I'm really pleased with how this turned out.

So, can I draw this and then copy it on my copy machine (hand drawn and colored)? I did that with Meloetta (both forms) and Groudon. Sorry 4 not asking, but technically I just based my work off this.
