Kyogre v.3

My artwork for Kyogre, the third version. I've always struggled with drawing Kyogre (despite it being my fourth favorite Pokémon), and with this piece, I've finally got a nice looking pose. xD I kept with the dramatic coloration to match Groudon v.2. I'm really pleased with how this turned out.
