A World of Ideals

Originally I'd stated I wasn't going to make this, but... Enough people showed interest that I found the motivation to do it anyway. I'm really pleased with the end result. Like the other, it took around 7 straight hours to complete. I decided to make its tail more tail-like rather than generator/turbine-like to make it feel more draconic.
